Every mug is printed to order — nothing sits pre-staged on a shelf. Here's the timeline:

• Production: 1–3 business days. Printed and inspected after you order.
• Delivery: 5–7 business days standard shipping, tracked to your door.
• Free shipping: automatic on any order of 2 or more mugs.

You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Returns & Replacements

Because each mug is made to order just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if something's wrong, we make it right:

• Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
• No need to ship anything back. Keep it, bin it, or give it to someone you mildly dislike.
